  4. Conversations are generated automatically by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected.
  5. Content from a muse is provided for entertainment and companionship only and is not professional advice of any kind.
  6. You agree not to use AI Hypno for unlawful, harmful, abusive, hateful or explicit purposes.
  7. You agree not to attempt to extract, copy, reverse engineer or overload any part of the service.
  8. You are responsible for the information you choose to share in a conversation. Avoid sharing sensitive personal data.
  9. AI Hypno may moderate, limit or end conversations that break these terms, without prior notice.
  10. Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
  11. If paid features are offered, prices, billing periods and renewal rules will be shown clearly before purchase.
  12. Refund requests are handled according to the conditions displayed at the time of purchase and applicable law.
  13. All design, text, names, images and branding on AI Hypno belong to AI Hypno or its licensors and are protected by law.
  14. You may not reuse muse names, images or descriptions for commercial purposes without written permission.
  15. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; AI Hypno is not responsible for their content or practices.
  16. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  17. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Hypno is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
  18. You agree to indemnify AI Hypno against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
  19. AI Hypno may update features, muses and designs at any time to improve the experience.
